The butcher shop is renowned for sourcing locally produced beef, lamb, and pork, ensuring fresh and high-quality products. Their specialties include lamb yiros parcels, chicken sundried and feta parcels, stuffed mushrooms, sausage rolls, family meat pies, gluten and preservative-free sausages, and cryovacing of meat for camping. In 2017, they won the Australian Meat Industry Council’s Sausage King Competition for best pork sausage in South Australia. Customer service is a cornerstone of their business, with a commitment to supporting local and using local products wherever possible.
