Chef Paata offers authentic Georgian grazing boxes, bringing the rich flavors of Georgia to your table. Each box features house-made focaccia with Svanetian salt, complemented by a variety of Georgian spreads, dips, pickles, cheeses, and fruits. Signature dishes include Badrijani eggplant rolls filled with walnut paste and pomegranate seeds, Pkhali beetroot spread, Lobio red bean spread, and Adjepsandali eggplant and capsicum stew. For added variety, Italian cured meats and cheeses are available upon request. Deliveries are made personally within the Sutherland Shire and St George areas, with potential for other suburbs upon inquiry.
