Atmos at Shoal Bay Country Club offers an authentic Greek dining experience, transporting guests to the Greek islands with its traditional architecture and relaxing ambiance. Designed by Athenian architects, the restaurant features elements crafted in Greece and installed locally. The menu emphasizes shared meals, including whole snapper, slow-cooked lamb shoulder, and a traditional charcoal rotisserie 'souvla' BBQ with chicken, pork, and lamb. Desserts like Yiayia’s famous baklava showcase generational family recipes. The beverage list features Greek-inspired cocktails, such as the Baklava cocktail and a Greek twist on the classic Espresso Martini, complemented by a selection of imported Greek and European wines, along with local Hunter Valley varietals.
