Alessandro's Kitchen offers authentic Italian cooking classes led by Alessandro Di Meo, a seasoned chef with experience in London's renowned restaurants and Milan's Giorgio Armani restaurant. Located in Mawson, ACT, the kitchen provides hands-on courses where participants learn traditional techniques to create classic Italian dishes. Classes include Pasta Making with Trivia and Wine, Ravioli and Fresh Ricotta Making with Wine, and Chocolate Pasta Making, accommodating groups of 6 to 30 guests. Each session is designed to immerse attendees in the rich flavors and culinary traditions of Italy.
