Alberta’s Kitchen, nestled in Busselton's heart, is a creative hub for produce-driven cuisine and exceptional hospitality. Founded by Noma alumni Ben Ing and Kirsty Marchant, the intimate 32-seat venue showcases an open kitchen where guests can witness the culinary process firsthand. The menu, crafted with hyper-seasonal, sustainable, and ethical ingredients, evolves with the seasons, highlighting the best local produce. The space, a transformed 100-year-old blacksmith shop, features high ceilings, old brick walls, and natural wood elements, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Alberta’s also offers private dining, special events, workshops, and cooking classes, fostering a community-focused environment. The team is committed to minimizing waste and building an inclusive space that adapts and grows with its surroundings. Alberta’s acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land, the Wadandi people of the Nyoongar nation, paying respects to Elders past, present, and emerging.
