Spanning approximately 430m², the venue features a 10.6m² bar area equipped with state-of-the-art LED lighting, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Amenities include a 380L commercial bar fridge, a 490L kitchen fridge, microwave, kettle, and a sound system with two portable speakers and a 75-inch smart TV. The space accommodates up to 100 guests with 15 rectangular tables and 100 chairs. Additional facilities comprise three toilets, including a disability-friendly option with a baby changing table, and six car parking spaces, one designated for disabled parking. Venue 71 allows BYO food and drinks, providing flexibility for event catering. The venue offers various hire packages, including full-day options on Saturdays, Fridays, Sundays, and weekdays, as well as half-day packages from Monday to Thursday. A $300 cleaning fee applies after each hire.
