The State Border Mark in Tweed Heads, New South Wales, is a distinctive monument symbolizing the boundary between New South Wales and Queensland. Located at 2-30 Wharf Street, this landmark features a large concrete structure marking the most easterly point of the NSW/QLD border. The monument was designed to symbolize a doorway between the two states and makes reference to both the volcanic history of the region and traditional survey marking techniques. Visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the Gold Coast highrises to the north, especially at dusk. The area is accessible from Flagstaff Beach Road on the NSW side.
