Sandon River campground

Nestled between the Sandon River and the protected ocean, Sandon River Campground offers 29 unpowered sites suitable for tents, camper trailers, and caravans. Amenities include picnic tables, electric barbecues, a boat ramp, and non-flush toilets. The campground provides easy access to fishing, swimming, and canoeing, with informative panels highlighting its rich Aboriginal and European cultural heritage. It's an ideal stopover for hikers on the Yuraygir coastal walk. Please note, there is no drinking water available; visitors should bring their own.
