The Rheola Charity Carnival, held annually on Easter Monday at the Rheola Recreation Reserve, offers a day of authentic country entertainment. Established in 1871, this event features sheep dog trials, wood chopping, foot races, and a vintage tractor pull. Additional attractions include a pony club gymkhana, show jumping, and displays of small stationary engines and historic vehicles. The carnival also hosts novelty events like the "Miss Rheola" competition and various rides for children. Proceeds support the Inglewood and Dunolly hospitals, as well as the Rheola Public Hall and Pioneers Park.
