As a member of Neighbourhood Houses Victoria, it offers a range of services, including affordable printing, laminating, and scanning, as well as public internet access. The centre hosts the Red Cliffs Men's Shed, providing a space for men to gather and engage in various activities. Additionally, it offers government-funded Learn Local courses, digital literacy programs, and health and wellbeing initiatives. The centre also provides meeting rooms and office spaces for businesses, both short and long term. Established in 1992, the centre continues to evolve, meeting the diverse needs of the Red Cliffs community.
