Mayfield Garden

Mayfield Garden, located in Oberon, NSW, is one of the world's largest privately owned cool climate gardens, covering 65 hectares within a 5,000-acre working farm. Inspired by European gardens, it features expansive lawns, terraced areas, and a variety of plant species. Highlights include Australia's largest English Box Hedge Maze, a 2.5-hectare Water Garden with a stone cascade, and the Hawkins' Family Garden, which boasts a hedge maze and diverse plantings. The garden is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, with last entry at 3:00 pm. Visitors can enjoy a café offering seasonal, freshly prepared food sourced from local suppliers. Dogs are welcome on leashes, and the garden is wheelchair accessible.
