Ghinni Wines, established in 2001, is a boutique winery located along the Manning River in Ghinni Ghinni, NSW. The winery specializes in crafting fruit and vegetable liqueurs using fresh produce from their own orchard and local organic growers. Their offerings include flavors such as blueberry, orange, plum, lemon, and honey mead. The vineyard also cultivates king mulberries, enhancing the sweetness of their liqueurs. Visitors can enjoy a Mataro red wine made from hand-picked Barossa fruit sourced from 50+ year-old vines. The winery is easily accessible via the Pacific Highway, just north of Taree.
