Flinders Gin, nestled in Quorn's historic 1890s stables, offers a unique tasting experience in South Australia's Flinders Ranges. Owner and Master Distiller Alby Trotta crafts gins infused with native botanicals like quandong, desert lime, and native lemongrass. The distillery's tasting room, open daily from 11 am to 5 pm, is dog-friendly and features a captivating view of "Myrtle," the distillery's polished copper still.
