Flinders Chase National Park, located on Kangaroo Island's wild west coast, is a haven for nature enthusiasts. The park's iconic Remarkable Rocks, with their surreal shapes and golden hues, offer extraordinary photo opportunities. Admirals Arch, a weathered rock formation at Cape du Couedic, is home to a colony of long-nosed fur seals. The new visitor centre, opened in January 2025, serves as a gateway to these attractions and includes The Rocks Café, providing a variety of food and drinks. Entry fees apply, and tickets can be purchased online or at the centre. The park offers various facilities, including accessible toilets, parking, and picnic areas. Visitors can enjoy bushwalking, whale watching, and mountain biking, with staff available daily from 9 am to 5 pm. Drive carefully, especially at dawn and dusk, and pack sufficient water and snacks for your visit. Please note that pets are not allowed in the park.
