Amenities include a reverse-cycle air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and two fridges, and a coffee pod machine (BYO Caffitaly-compatible pods). Guests can enjoy the front veranda with direct beach access, ideal for watching dolphins and stingrays at sunset. Off-street parking accommodates boats and cars. Linen is not provided; guests may bring their own or opt for linen hire. Please note, pets are not permitted.
