Patient Wolf Distilling Co. is a Melbourne-based gin distillery and bar located at 34-36 Market Street, Southbank. Established in 2016, it relocated to Southbank in 2019, becoming Victoria's largest independent gin distillery. The venue features a seven-meter-long brass-topped bar, offering a seasonal drinks menu that includes gin and tonics, classic cocktails like Negronis and Martinis, and innovative gin-based creations. Guests can enjoy gin tasting flights, participate in intimate gin masterclasses, and purchase the full range of Patient Wolf gins, including limited-edition and distillery-only releases. The distillery houses a 220L Müller copper still, with a 1000L still due to arrive from Germany, enhancing its production capacity. Located near the South Melbourne Market, the venue is open Thursday and Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm.
