Guests can enjoy amenities such as a seasonal swimming pool, guest laundry, large camp kitchen, barbecues, shared seasonal campfires, and a function room. The retreat provides various tours, including the Mountains of Mystery Drive, self-guided walks, and spring Dawn & Dusk Bird Tours led by BirdLife Australia volunteers. The area is renowned for its rich biodiversity, featuring over 1,500 wildflower species and 123 orchid species, particularly abundant in spring. Birdwatchers can observe more than 90 species, including the rare Crested Shrike-tit and Owlet-nightjar. Hiking enthusiasts can explore trails leading to Bluff Knoll, Mount Trio, Toolbrunup, Mount Hassell, Talyuberlup, and Mount Magog, or enjoy scenic drives and lookouts.
