Nyerimilang Heritage Park

Nyerimilang Heritage Park, spanning 180 hectares, offers a historic homestead surrounded by gardens, lawns, picnic areas, and bush walking tracks. Perched atop a cliff overlooking the Gippsland Lakes, it provides panoramic views and a rich variety of wildlife. Visitors can explore walking tracks like the Cliff Top Walk, which offers stunning vistas, and the Whistling Kite Track, known for its diverse forest types. The park also hosts events such as "Opera by the Lakes," featuring renowned artists. Managed by the Friends of Nyerimilang, a volunteer group since 1982, the park is a cherished destination in East Gippsland.
