Nestled on the edge of Toonumbar Dam, Bells Bay Camp Ground offers a secluded bush camping experience approximately 33 km from Kyogle. Managed by the Kyogle Fishing Club, the campground features picnic tables, composting toilets, and a boat ramp with pontoon access. Open during winter from 6 am Friday to 5 pm Sunday, and in summer from 6 am Friday to 7:30 pm Sunday, it also welcomes visitors on all NSW school and public holidays. Camping fees support the maintenance of the grounds and the restocking of Australian Bass in the dam.
