Western Queensland PHN

Western Queensland Primary Health Network (WQPHN) is dedicated to enhancing primary healthcare across nearly one million square kilometers of Western Queensland. Established as an independent not-for-profit entity, WQPHN collaborates with local health service providers to identify and address gaps in primary health care, commissioning services to meet the unique needs of the region. The organization focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of health services, particularly for patients at risk of poor health outcomes, and coordinates care to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.
