Renowned for its hot cinnamon donuts, freshly prepared while you wait, the van has earned nicknames like 'Taralga’s Famous Donut Van' and 'Donut Heaven.' Operating from 7 am Wednesday to Friday and from 8 am on weekends, The Coffee Palette also features a second van, 'The Lil Piccolo,' available for events and weddings, providing both barista and bar services.
