Restaurant Maria, nestled beneath its sister establishment Aløft on Hobart's Brooke Street Pier, offers a Mediterranean-inspired dining experience that transports guests to the sun-kissed shores of Europe. The restaurant's design evokes the elegance of 1960s Mediterranean villas, featuring soft peach pastels, terracotta, copper, and linen, complemented by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning waterfront views. Helmed by co-owner and executive chef Christian Ryan, the menu showcases a fusion of traditional Mediterranean flavors with locally sourced Tasmanian ingredients.
