Red Hill Lookout

Red Hill Lookout, situated along Bulls Gap Track in the Flinders Ranges, offers a moderately challenging 9.2 km return hike from Aroona Campground. The trail follows the Heysen Trail, crosses Yuluna Creek, and ascends to the lookout, providing panoramic views of the Aroona Valley, Heysen Range, and ABC Range, with Wilpena Pound's peaks visible to the south. The path includes narrow trails, fire tracks, uneven surfaces, steep inclines, and creek crossings, suitable for those with moderate fitness levels. Aroona Campground offers facilities like toilets and fire pits for hikers.
