Opened in April 2018, this $52 million facility features a multi-purpose auditorium with motorized retractable seating for up to 478 guests, a rooftop terrace offering panoramic city views, two stylish foyer spaces, an expansive grassed amphitheatre suitable for large-scale events of up to 2,000 guests, two versatile studio spaces accommodating up to 100 guests, a state-of-the-art public library, and additional spaces including a kiosk, green room, and multiple dressing rooms.
