Operating Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, the Shed fosters camaraderie and supports members' health and well-being. Established in 2011, it provides a space for men to work on meaningful projects at their own pace, promoting social inclusion and enhancing personal and family relationships. The Shed also hosts monthly meetings with guest speakers and social events.
