Established in 1995, it offers a range of services, including computer and IT support, room and equipment hire, and secretarial services. The centre also hosts community events and workshops, such as the annual WOW Pemberton weekend of creative workshops. Additionally, the Vic Conte Community Garden provides a space for residents to engage in gardening activities.
