Opened in early 2021, Novelli Pavilion in Piara Waters offers a modern venue for community and sporting events. The 403 m² facility includes a multi-purpose function room, unisex change rooms, a kitchen/kiosk, and a veranda. Outside, visitors can enjoy a playground, playing field, and the city's first public beach volleyball court. Ample parking is available on-site. The pavilion is available for hire for private functions, fitness groups, and community events.
