Newcastle Theatre Company, established in 1957, is a vibrant, not-for-profit theatre in Lambton, NSW, dedicated to presenting diverse and inclusive productions that entertain and challenge audiences. The company stages multiple mainstage productions annually, spanning various genres, and hosts an Indie season to cater to a wide range of tastes. In 2012, they moved into a new 147-seat building, enhancing their capacity to serve the community. The venue also hosts auditions, rehearsals, play readings, set construction, and technical work, fostering a collaborative environment for nearly 200 members.
