Menmuny Museum

The Menmuny Museum, established in 1996, is Yarrabah's first museum, housing a nationally significant collection that explores the traditions and impact of Christianity on the community. It showcases a wealth of Indigenous artifacts, history, and local knowledge, offering guided tours upon request. The museum welcomes national and international visitors, school groups, and educational organizations for cultural awareness programs. Located within the Yarrabah Arts and Cultural Precinct, the museum contributes to a dynamic space where local artists create and exhibit authentic handmade pottery, paintings, woven baskets, placemats, and textiles.
