Mellor Reserve

Mellor Reserve, located at 12 Howard Street, Beulah Park, is a charming community park offering a variety of recreational facilities. The playground features sound-carrying pipes, a silver 'spinner', a spinning rope climb, a spring-mounted motorbike, a slippery dip, two swings (including one for toddlers), and a spring-mounted balance board, all set on a soft mulch surface and shaded by trees. For sports enthusiasts, the reserve provides two well-maintained tennis courts and a basketball hoop. Additional amenities include a unisex toilet with disabled access, an accessible BBQ, and a steam roller. The park is partially fenced, allowing dogs on leashes, and offers on-street parking, with additional off-street parking available in Reedy Lane after hours. Named after T.R. Mellor, a former councillor and mayor, the reserve is a delightful spot for families and sports enthusiasts alike.
