The Mezcaleria bar serves an array of mezcals, raicillas, and tequilas, complemented by a selection of classic, spiced, and seasonal Margaritas. The menu features punchy dishes like kangaroo tail sopes, beetroot empanadas, and prawn and carrot aguachile, alongside shared mains such as Murray cod, free-range pork jowl with cola mole, and a standout beef chop. Designed by George Livissianis, the space boasts cayenne terrazzo flooring, soft banquettes, climbing greenery, and panoramic skyline views, creating a tactile and open atmosphere perfect for long lunches or sunset cocktails.
