Kingsford Smith Scout Group, established on May 29, 1994, serves the Mascot, Eastlakes, Pagewood, Botany, Rosebery, and Daceyville communities. The group offers programs for various age groups: - **Joey Scouts (5-8 years):** Meet on Mondays from 6pm to 7pm. - **Cub Scouts (8-11 years):** Gather on Wednesdays from 7pm to 8:30pm. - **Scouts (11-14½ years):** Assemble on Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm. The group engages in adventurous activities like hiking, camping, climbing, swimming, and cycling. They also participate in state and regional events, including canoeing, abseiling, caving, canyoning, whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, and skiing.
