Kariong Eco Garden

Nestled adjacent to the Hawkesbury Woodland bushland, Kariong Eco Garden is a vibrant community space dedicated to sustainable living. Established in 2007, it features a mosaic snake path, native bush tucker plants, and a food forest, offering a hands-on learning environment for all ages. The garden operates a four-bed harvest garden, a two-bed no-dig garden, and a wicking bed, complemented by compost bins and various worm farms. Open to visitors and volunteers, it hosts weekly work sessions and monthly events, fostering community engagement and environmental stewardship.
