
The Innisfail Magistrates Court, located at 10 Edith Street, is a heritage-listed building constructed in 1939. Designed in the inter-war classical style by the Department of Public Works, it features a two-storey brick structure with a corrugated-iron roof. The building includes a curved portico entrance supported by two Ionic columns and double-height verandahs along each street facade. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 13 January 1995. The court operates from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and is closed on weekends.
