Imperial Measures Distilling, established in 2014, is a fully operational distillery located at 31 West Thebarton Road, Thebarton, South Australia. Their cellar door venue, the Ounce Bar, offers tasting flights, bespoke cocktails, and signature serves of their award-winning spirits. The Ounce Bar also features a selection of South Australian beers and wines, live music, and a chef preparing popular burgers. Open Thursday to Sunday, the venue provides a relaxed atmosphere with chesterfield couches and hosts various events, including quiz nights every Thursday.
