Hudson Brewing, established in 2020, is a family-operated craft brewery nestled in Wynnum's industrial heart. The 50-seat taproom offers a relaxed atmosphere, showcasing a core range of unfiltered beers, including Fort Lytton Lager, On Any Sunday Session Ale, Mr Magoo Pale Ale, and All Seeing IPA. Seasonal and small-batch brews, such as the Out Of Your Mind Sour, are also available. Local food trucks provide diverse street food options on weekends. The brewery has earned multiple awards, including Best New Brewery at the 2022 Royal Queensland Food & Wine Show Beer Awards.
