Hinchcliff House, a heritage-listed sandstone wool store dating back to the 1860s, has been transformed into a vibrant four-level dining and drinking destination in Sydney's Circular Quay. The ground floor features Grana, an all-day Italian restaurant and bakery, while the first floor hosts Lana, offering modern Italian cuisine with Asian influences. The basement bar, Apollonia, provides a romantic setting for cocktails, and the top floor serves as a private event space. This restoration preserves the building's historical charm, including original timber beams and pulley systems, offering a unique blend of heritage and contemporary hospitality.
