Caveton, SA

Hells Hole, located in Lower Glenelg National Park near Caveton, South Australia, is a remarkable cenote—a sinkhole extending into open water. Approximately 45 meters in diameter and 25 meters deep, it offers a breathtaking view from the viewing platform. A walking trail leads visitors uphill from the car park to the sinkhole. While the site is accessible to all, diving requires a permit from Forestry South Australia and membership in the Cave Diving Association of Australia. The area is free to visit and open 24 hours.
