The first-floor room, suitable for larger events, boasts a commercial kitchen, dance floor, tables, chairs, and a balcony overlooking Orelia Oval, hosting up to 125 guests. Both rooms are equipped with essential amenities, including toilets, seating, kitchen facilities, and AV equipment. The pavilion is home to local sports clubs, including the Kwinana Cricket Club, Kwinana Tigers Hockey Club, and Kwinana Junior Knights Football Club.
