The Dumbleyung Community Resource Centre, established in mid-2015, serves as a hub for both locals and visitors in the Shire of Dumbleyung. It offers a range of services, including internet access, Wi-Fi, Kodak photo printing, video conferencing, and room hire. The centre also hosts various workshops to support community organisations, businesses, and individuals. Within its premises, the Bluebird Interpretive Centre pays tribute to Donald Campbell's 1964 World Water Speed Record on Lake Dumbleyung, featuring memorabilia and a life-size replica of the K7 Bluebird. Additionally, the Dumbleyung Public Library, located within the centre, provides a selection of books, e-books, and DVDs for loan. The centre operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, and is closed on weekends and public holidays.
