Crankworx Cairns, held from May 21–25, 2025, at Smithfield MTB Park, showcased exhilarating mountain biking events against a vibrant rainforest backdrop. The festival featured Downhill, Pump Track, Dual Slalom, and the Crankworx FMBA Slopestyle World Championship, attracting top riders worldwide. Spectators immersed themselves in the tropical atmosphere, enjoying epic racing and community celebrations. Beyond the event, Cairns offered pristine rainforest trails, the Great Barrier Reef, and the 94km Wangetti Trail from Palm Cove to Port Douglas, making it an ultimate riding destination.
