The spacious, naturally lit dining area accommodates 180 guests, featuring banquette seating overlooking Russell Street, two private dining rooms for 14 and 10 guests, and a relaxing lounge area. Operating Monday to Friday from 6:00 am until late, and weekends from 6:30 am until late, Collins Kitchen also offers High Tea on Saturdays and Buffet Lunch on Sundays.
