
Located at 80 Bourke Street, Melbourne, the Cellar Bar is a quintessential Italian bar where anything goes. Pasta is a staple, hand-rolled and shaped from local, nutrient-rich, biodynamic flour, following regional recipes that descend from Italian territory. Enjoy coffee and a pastry, antipasti, a classic Italian dish, or a glass of wine at any time of day. In 1918, Samuel Wynn took ownership of the Cellar Bar, offering only Australian wines due to licensing restrictions; however, many international wines were still served from behind the counter. We pay homage to the late Samuel Wynn by sourcing seasonal wines that are tasty, fun, and a pleasure to drink. Open Monday to Saturday from 9 am until late.
