Carrara Markets, located at the corner of Gooding Drive and Manchester Road in Carrara, Queensland, is Australia's largest permanent weekend marketplace. Spanning over 10 acres, it features more than 300 stalls offering a diverse range of products, including fresh produce, fashion, homewares, plants, and unique arts and crafts. The market operates every Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 3 pm, providing free entry and parking. Family-friendly attractions include pony rides, a baby animal farm, face painting, bungy trampolines, and the Rollerama skating rink. Additionally, visitors can enjoy themed mini-golf courses and a butterfly house. Accessible via the G:Link Light Rail to Broadbeach South Station, followed by a short bus ride, Carrara Markets has been a major Gold Coast tourist destination for over 30 years.
