The brewery emphasizes sustainability by sourcing local ingredients, cultivating its own hops, and utilizing pure Tasmanian rainwater in the brewing process. Their 300-litre three-vessel system allows for experimentation while maintaining consistency. BOS Brewery offers a range of unique beers, including barrel-aged selections and traditionally fermented ales and lagers.
