Located near local parks and the Georges River, it provides opportunities to enjoy nature. The hub offers one-on-one support and group-based programs tailored to individual needs and goals, fostering skill development and positive outcomes. Activities include cooking, music, computer skills, volunteering, travel training, and animal therapy, all aimed at enhancing independence, confidence, and social connections. The service is managed by Heidi Rash, who has been with Afford for six years, supporting clients to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
