Violet Hill campground and picnic area, nestled within Myall Lakes National Park, offers a serene retreat for nature enthusiasts. Accessible via unsealed roads suitable for 2WD vehicles, the campground features 35 unmarked, unpowered sites accommodating tents, camper trailers, caravans, and motorhomes. Amenities include picnic tables, wood barbecues (BYO firewood), an accessible non-flush toilet, and a boat ramp with a wharf for water activities like fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Please note, water is not available on-site; visitors should bring their own supply. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and pets are not permitted. A park entry fee of $8 per vehicle per day applies.
