Thredbo Diggings campground, nestled along the Thredbo River in Kosciuszko National Park, offers 41 unpowered sites suitable for tents, camper trailers, and caravans. Surrounded by snow gums, it provides a serene setting for camping. Amenities include picnic tables, wood barbecues (BYO firewood), and three non-flush toilet blocks. Visitors should bring their own drinking and cooking water, as water is not available on-site. A $6 booking fee applies, with park entry fees also required. The campground is accessible by 2WD vehicles; however, snow chains are necessary during winter conditions.
