1 star, even half a star is too much. This company abuses it's employees. Under pays and expects them to use their own vehicles with no compensation. Overtime, don't ask for it "you'll be laughed at". It's give and take they say. Security and cabling licenses arent mandatory despite the law requiring that. TCA1 forms, what are they. Apprentices and trainees are charged out at full price, and employees told to "be quiet and just say you are not an apprentice" E.T security technicians do not know how to fault find, but will replace every part until the fault goes away and you will pay as a customer. They also replace parts that aren't faulty and will charge you top dollar for it. The standard of workmanship is very low, using the wrong conduit, not using silicone because it costs money, and using crap screws because the company won't purchase proper anchors and fasteners. 1 or 2 screws is ok, because. Doesn't matter if the device needs 4. Techs don't carry conduit and will drive an hour each way, that way the boss saves money, yet, 2 hrs of 2 techs labour compared to carrying a few bucks in conduit doesn't make financial or economical sense. Thd tech's vehicles aren't setup and they don't carry basic replacement parts. The company ethics are a joke. They have low standards and no morals. Getting drunk and partying is the way. Even when you come to work hung over, it's ok to abuse apprentices. The owner Eric will join in. He likes a good laugh with Perry, Joe, Steve and Pete. Do your due diligence. Ask for ACMA and security licenses of any staff that you engage. Check their experience. An electrician that couldn't keep a job in Ireland shouldn't be doing security/telecommunications here in Australia without the knowledge and qualifications. Calling up another tech because he's too ignorant to learn, is not professional. I would be wary of using this company.
