Quorn Silo Light Show

The Quorn Silo Light Show is a captivating nightly event in Quorn, South Australia, where the historic grain silos illuminate at sunset, showcasing a blend of animated stories and local art. Each evening, the show begins with a one-hour sequence of animated narratives that delve into the region's rich history and culture, followed by a two-hour exhibition of photographs and artwork contributed by community members. This free, family-friendly attraction offers a unique way to experience the Flinders Ranges' heritage under the stars. The viewing area is located 70 meters in front of the silos on Railway Terrace. Visitors can enjoy the show from the seating area or their parked cars, tuning into 87.6 FM for the audio. The Quorn Silo Light Show has been recognized with a Gold Award in the Best Mega Mural category at the 2022 Australian Street Art Awards, highlighting its significance as a cultural and tourism landmark.
